The Power Of Argital Green Clay: A Natural Anti-Ageing Product
Nature’s way to beauty and wellbeing.....
Argital is an exciting and new to Australia range of all-natural, preservative-free health and skincare products from Italy. Dr Ferraro created Argital in 1976 after rediscovering the benefits of mineral-rich marine clay for skin rejuvenation, detoxification and general wellbeing. He is committed to the ethics of developing products that have, at heart, the health of you and I, as well as maintaining the integrity of our earth.
Revered since ancient times for its anti-ageing and detoxifying properties, fine green marine clay is versatile and easy to use.
Our products all contain this efficacious and unique marine clay, are internationally certified, and are free from animal testing and harmful chemicals. Recognised by Demeter, backed by extensive research and product development, our products are well-established throughout Europe and more recently Asia.
Clay has been used in beauty treatments and for therapeutic purposes for thousands of years. Along with plants, herbs, and other natural substances, clay was vital to our ancestors in the absence of modern medicine.
Clay is the main component of the earth's surface and its therapeutic properties make it a unique raw material that supports the body’s natural healing and detoxifying processes.
Argital green clay comes from the earth of the deep south of Sicily, an area that remains clean and unpolluted, and strengthened by the sunny, breezy Mediterranean climate. Once clay is mined from the earth, it is naturally sun-dried, capturing the solar energy which activates the vital minerals and trace elements within. Thanks to the constantly high levels of light and heat from the sun, and the rich, marine minerals found within this region, the Argital green clay is rich in life-giving forces.
Argital clay is known to be between 6 and 16 million years old. Over thousands of years in the earth, our green clay has absorbed a wealth of essential minerals from the earth – minerals such as silica, magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc and iron, making it exceptionally rich and full of vital sources. These vital forces, found in all of our Argital products, are absorbed by our body every time we use it through our toothpaste, shampoo, a beauty mask or even in a relaxing and regenerating bath or a soothing footbath.
Argital clay contains bivalent iron, which is a younger and more effective form of iron, which is what gives the Argital green clay this greenish colour, as opposed to the reddish clays that instead contain trivalent iron.
When mixed with water, Argital green clay becomes a beautiful green coloured cream, glossy, soft, smooth and pliable. You can feel the vibrancy of this active ingredient every time the clay comes into contact with your skin.
